Encouragement
becomes critical when young people get stuck in certain mindsets. Encouragement
can help them get unstuck and move forward successfully. This interactive
training introduces various techniques that help practitioners build more
supportive, youth-centered relationships. Participants will practice strategies
that encourage youth to develop a growth mindset.
Upon
successful completion of this training, the participant will earn 1.5 clock
hours (.2 CEUs) of training.
