Integrating Signature Practices in OST Activities (V.3) 

Length of Training- 90 minutes  


Wondering how to make meaningful life learning connections while maximizing community-building opportunities in a variety of settings? This training offers simple and effective strategies to achieve resiliency and life skill-building by integrating signature practices such as welcoming rituals, engaging practices, brain breaks, and optimistic closures in any OST activity. Participants walk away with a signature practices toolkit containing sample activities, lesson planning templates and practices for both adult and youth interactions.  

 

Upon successful completion of this training, the participant will earn 1.5 clock hours (.2 CEUs) of training.  

 

Training Objectives  

Participants will:  

  1. Explore and practice simple signature practices that can be used in OST activities 
  2. Create a plan to integrate signature practices in OST activities

CEU Information

Upon successful completion of this training, the participant will earn 1.5 clock hours (.2 CEUs) of training.

 

If requesting CEUs, participants must check the box below and enter their registry ID number.


Participants must not miss more than 5 minutes of total training time, earn a 70% or higher on the post training quiz, and actively participate during training sessions to receive CEUs  for this training.
