Prime Time’s Elevating OST Leadership Program Application

Prime Time’s Elevating OST Leaders program is a special initiative focused on building skills that create transformational leaders who can foster dynamic cultures, where staff feel motivated and inspired to innovate. This program is a journey through leadership skill development and practice, self-awareness, harnessing one’s passions, learning to communicate with fierce compassion, visioning and creating actionable goals for the future.

The course requires participants to commit to up to 30 hours of training and application activities as well as active participation in a community of practice. This is a hybrid leadership training that combines in person and virtual sessions. Please take note of the following dates to ensure your full participation.

January 6	Virtual Orientation	8:00 AM – 9:00 AM
January 10	Session 1: In-Person	9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
January 21	Session 2: Virtual	9:00 AM – 11:00 AM
February 4	Session 3: In-Person	9:00 AM – 11:00 AM
February 17	Session 4: Virtual	9:00 AM – 11:00 AM
March 4	Session 5: In-Person	9:00 AM – 11:00 AM
March 25	Session 6: Virtual	9:00 AM – 11:00 AM
April 8	Session 7: Virtual	9:00 AM – 11:00 AM
April 25	Session 8: In-Person	9:00 AM – 1:00 PM

*All virtual sessions will be 2 hours from 9-11 am.

Upon successful completion of the program, you may be eligible for up to 30 training hours, 3.0 CEUs, and a one-time stipend of $1500. Participation in this leadership initiative will require your full presence and attention.

Full participation means:

Committing to attend all training sessions
Arriving on time with appropriate materials
Completing artifact assignments
Engaging in our community of practice
Refraining from multitasking during the training time
Cameras on for all virtual training sessions (If you need a web camera, please contact us)
