ELO Launch  

Connect with fellow afterschool professionals, meet ELO providers and discover exciting hands-on experiences for the youth in your program. Be sure to bring your program’s calendar so you can begin scheduling these free ELO programs that enrich learning and support positive youth development for the children and youth you serve.

Light refreshments will be provided during the event.   

Boxed lunch will be provided at the end of the event.

I hereby grant and authorize Prime Time Palm Beach County the right to take, edit, alter, copy, exhibit, publish, distribute and make use of any and all video taken of me as I attend Prime Time's professional development trainings and/or events to be used for any and all marketing purposes.

This authorization extends to all languages, media, formats and markets now known or later discovered. This authorization shall continue indefinitely, unless I otherwise revoke this authorization in writing. I waive the right to inspect or approve any finished product in which my likeness appears.

I understand and agree that these materials shall become the property of Prime Time Palm Beach County and will not be returned.

I hereby hold harmless and release Prime Time Palm Beach County from all liability, petitions, and causes of action which I, my heirs, representative, executors, administrators, or any other persons may make while acting on my behalf or on behalf of my estate.
